I enjoyed this one a lot and I’m glad I saw it in theaters. Is it better than “Coraline”? Hmm, not quite. You’re right on the money–the scenes toward the end not only did not fit as well as they should have, the pacing eventually slowed. Having said that, I think it has a lot to offer in terms of visual acrobatics. Also, I hadn’t even thought about what you said about the voice actors and the characters they played.
